Compensation & Benefits
GoodPower offers a highly competitive total compensation package for all full-time staff. This includes a base salary commensurate with skills and experience, along with generous benefits:

Creator Marketing Manager, Agency
GoodPower’s Creator Collective is home to more than 7,000 youth content creators producing short-form video across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — to our knowledge, the largest youth climate creator network in the world. The Creator Marketing Manager will devise and execute large-scale creator marketing campaigns through the Creator Collective, spanning both advocacy and persuasion/educational frameworks. This position is central to GoodPower’s strategy of shifting marketing investment away from social media platforms and directly into the hands of our most important stakeholders — young people. The role will channel authentic youth voices to inspire action on the climate emergency across diverse audiences, with particular attention to communities of color.

Chief Research Officer
The Chief Research Officer (CRO) will direct GoodPower’s Good Data Lab, our in-house empirical research lab. The CRO will work internally with staff, in collaboration with partners, and alongside vendors to design, launch and implement research studies with the goal of understanding how to effectively communicate and increasing GoodPower’s efficacy across a wide variety of key impact areas, including: issue awareness and persuasion, issue and advocacy engagement, attitude and behavior change, civic participation. The CRO will serve as key public representative of the organization providing internal and external thought leadership.

Digital Advertising Associate
In this position, the Digital Advertising Associate will work to advance the programmatic and strategic growth of GoodPower through implementing, managing, and improving GoodPower’s paid advertising campaign strategies in key states and nationally. They will work to strengthen GoodPower’s role and impact in advocating for an end to the era of fossil fuels, a swift and equitable transition to renewable energy, and an increase in diverse youth participation in our democracy as well as devise creative strategies to inoculate persuadable audiences for GoodPower’s current and future white label entities.

Director of Client Services
In this position, the Director of Client Services will play a central role in advancing GoodPower’s mission by building and leading high-impact partnerships with the organizations, campaigns, and communities we serve. This leader will oversee the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing engagement and expansion, ensuring every partner experiences the depth of GoodPower’s expertise and the transformative potential of our work.
