Tranel Robinson

As the Senior HR and Operations Manager, Tranel ensures a smoothly functioning organization and Prior to joining GoodPower, Tranel completed 5+ years of experience in various HR roles with private, public, and nonprofit organizations.

She holds a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore. During her Master’s program, Tranel completed several consultant projects to improve employee engagement, job satisfaction, and employee development. Tranel also holds a Certificate in Global Industrial and Organizational Psychology for her studies in cross-cultural work. 

Outside of improving work environments, Tranel enjoys traveling with family and friends. Her favorite places she’s visited are Spain, Iceland, and Aruba! She enjoys trying new foods, learning about different cultures, and going on the best adventure that a place has to offer. Tranel winds down from the work day by spending time with her nephew or Godchildren and exploring the different pockets of the DMV.

Tranel supports GoodPower’s high functioning remote team. New hires can expect to receive a warm welcome from Tranel as she manages onboarding for all staff. Tranel enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives to provide an engaging remote work environment. She also manages the organization’s charity registrations and legal business requirements.
