Aisli McFarland serves as GoodPower’s National Data & Analytics Director, where she leads the organization’s data strategy, targeting, and measurement to drive winning political and advocacy campaigns.
She brings a decade of experience at the intersection of analytics, organizing, and voter engagement, ensuring GoodPower’s programming is precise, evidence-based, and impactful.
Before joining GoodPower in 2025, Aisli managed analytics for the Democratic National Committee’s Civic Engagement and Voter Protection team during the 2024 cycle, where she built data systems that safeguarded voting rights and expanded access to the ballot. Previously, she spent five years at TargetSmart, the premier voter file and analytics firm, where she specialized in fundraising optimization and digital audience development, partnering with campaigns and organizations across the Democratic and progressive ecosystem.
Aisli’s expertise in translating complex data into actionable strategy makes her a trusted voice for allies, partners, and funders alike. Her work has consistently helped organizations sharpen their programs, reach the right voters, and maximize impact.
Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, Aisli earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Georgia. She now lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband, Jack, and their dog, Stella.
