Ania Skulimowska

Ania plays a key role in bringing the global team together, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the UK, South Africa, Brazil, and beyond.

After graduating from UC Berkeley, Ania moved to London, where she built her career as a Project and Programme Manager working with cultural institutions and non-profits. She later strengthened her leadership and delivery expertise by completing the APM Project Management Qualification and Leadership Programme. Ania is also Sotheby’s Institute of Art’s alumni where she has completed her Marker and Business Certificate.Known for her ability to connect people, plans, and priorities, Ania specializes in aligning teams, timelines, and stakeholders to deliver projects that are both timely and impactful. She thrives in fast-paced environments, where clear communication, thoughtful planning, and adaptability turn complex challenges into successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Ania is a busy mum to two-year-old Lilia. When she’s not managing projects, she’s experimenting with new recipes, getting lost in historical fiction, visiting art galleries or planning the family’s next adventure.
