Bharathi Hariharan

Bharathi Hariharan is GoodPower’s Data Director.  She is a seasoned data leader with over two decades of experience building scalable and trustworthy data platforms across technology, retail, real estate, and mission driven organizations. At GoodPower, she focuses on designing data foundations that turn complex energy and climate data into clear and actionable insights that support clean energy adoption and equitable impact.

Throughout her career, Bharathi has led large scale data modernization initiatives, developed analytics strategies that support operational and policy decisions, and partnered closely with cross functional teams to ensure data systems are both technically robust and human centered. She brings deep expertise in data architecture, governance, analytics engineering, and translating data into narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Bharathi is particularly passionate about using data as a force for good by enabling transparency, accountability, and long term sustainability. She has a strong interest in environmental impact measurement, climate aligned analytics, and data systems that empower educators, researchers, and community stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Outside of work, Bharathi enjoys writing, mentoring students and early career professionals, practicing yoga, and exploring how everyday life quietly generates meaningful data. She values balance, curiosity, and thoughtful problem solving, qualities she brings to both her professional and personal life.
