Davis Mears

Davis is the Creator Marketing Manager at GoodPower, where he works with content creators through GoodPower’s Creator Collective. He is a proud Ocean City, Maryland local and grew up surrounded by the Eastern Shore of Maryland’s natural beauty.

Davis graduated cum laude from Virginia Tech where he studied journalism and film, and was an early member in the campus’s first Sketch Comedy group. Prior to joining GoodPower, he worked in tourism marketing, with his biggest career achievement being an advertisement, with drone footage he shot, displayed in Times Square the week of New Years. He is also a current juror and committee member for the Ocean City Film Festival, which occurs every March.

In his free time, you can probably catch Davis watching one of his sports teams (Ravens, Orioles, and Hokies!), spending time on the beach, watching (+ making!) movies, listening to music, or mastering the perfect sandwich recipe.
