Kaleo Yamabayashi

Kaleo Yamabayashi is a seasoned business advisor and financial analyst specializing in mergers and acquisitions. With more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, corporate finance, and consulting roles, Kaleo has advised top private equity and corporate entities in acquiring and selling companies in a broad range of industries.  

He is a former Partner at RSM and former director in PricewaterhouseCooper’s(PwC) deals practice.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Hawaii.

In his free time, you can find Kaleo hiking, camping, skydiving, or doing almost anything outdoors.
