As Operations and Board Relations Manager at GoodPower, Karla supports board governance, organizational operations, recruitment, and company-wide initiatives. She coordinates Board and Committee meetings in partnership with executive leadership and the Executive Assistant, managing logistics, materials, and communications while ensuring alignment with executive availability. She also leads organizational events and develops processes that improve efficiency and strengthen collaboration across teams.
