Loubna Hadid

French born Loubna Hadid is the Chief Executive Officer of Decenture, one of the world’s most active EdTEch startups, which serves the education sector across 3 continents. 

Since becoming CEO in November 2018, Loubna launched a multi-year strategy to position the company for the speed and complexities of the digital age. This effort includes the deployment of machine learning, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics towards higher-impact opportunities to support academic outcomes, understand student engagement & improve student satisfaction.

During her 19-year career, Loubna worked in the banking industry starting at Lazard before co-founding OiG, an entity dedicated to global treasury management and accounting systems. For 14 years, she managed global projects in treasury management and banking consolidation and technical integration with large organisations in the finance, media, healthcare and higher education sectors.

Loubna was educated in France and the UK, where she graduated with a Masters in finance, financial accounting and international politics. She also studied at the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts in London. She is married and lives in London with her husband.
