Nitin Murali

AI Product Engineer

Nitin Murali is an AI Product Engineer at GoodPower, where he builds AI-powered product experiences from prototype to production. He brings a cross-functional background as both a Software Engineer and Product Manager, with a focus on shipping practical tools that improve how teams build and use software. Nitin earned a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, and is especially excited by the rapid evolution of AI-assisted programming workflows. He was the President of two student-run clubs – Machine Learning Club and the Product Management Club – at Illinois Institute of Technology. He enjoys exploring frontier tools through hands-on side projects and believes in learning by building. While he is newer to the environmental sector, he aims to apply his product and engineering experience to initiatives with measurable real‑world impact. He was previously a Product Manager at SurveySparrow, and was a software engineer before that. Outside of work, Nitin likes swimming, biking and attending tech events in Chicago.
