With over 24 years of experience driving transformative growth, Roger brings a rare blend of technical fluency, creative storytelling, and strategic leadership to the fight against climate misinformation and inaction.
Before joining GoodPower, Roger co-founded Aggero, a marketing analytics platform operating in both the U.S. and UK. As COO, he led cross-functional product and engineering teams through a post–Series A growth phase, driving market innovation through integrations with TikTok, YouTube Live, and Instagram. He secured a $250,000 Web3 innovation grant from Near Protocol, introduced crypto-enabled creator payments, and expanded the company’s presence at TwitchCon—positioning Aggero at the forefront of data-driven influencer marketing.
Roger has also served as Chief Marketing Officer at fintech and e-commerce companies like BillMo and Lavu, where he scaled user bases into the hundreds of thousands and launched award-winning influencer and chatbot programs. Earlier in his career, he led grassroots marketing and education-based outreach for the Marine Corps Community Services in Yuma, AZ—laying the foundation for his current role at the intersection of renewable energy, the clean economy and voter participation.
