Chief HR and Operations Officer

Teresa manages GoodPower’s diverse Operations and Human Resources needs, supporting the team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. She brings 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Management, and Operations.

Previously, Teresa worked at a community health center in San Francisco, an experience that inspired her to apply her HR and management expertise to support vulnerable and underserved populations. 

Teresa earned her B.S. in Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
